**Quote Terms and Conditions Policy**

**Confidentiality of Information**: The information contained within this quote, including but not limited to, pricing, product specifications, methodologies, and other associated details, (“Quote Information”) is provided exclusively to the recipient and is to be treated as confidential.

**No Redistribution or Reproduction**: The recipient shall not redistribute, reproduce, or share the Quote Information, in whole or in part, with any third party without the express written consent of Bluestor Networks.

**Protection of Information**: The recipient agrees to take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized disclosure or use of the Quote Information.

**Proprietary Rights**: All Quote Information is the proprietary property of Bluestor Networks and any unauthorized use or disclosure could cause irreparable harm to Bluestor Networks. The recipient acknowledges and agrees to respect the proprietary nature of the Quote Information.**Remedies for Breach**: Unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, or disclosure of the Quote Information is a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in legal action against the recipient. Bluestor Networks reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available at law or in equity for breaches of this policy.

**Return or Destruction**: Upon the request of Bluestor Networks, the recipient shall either return all copies of the Quote Information or certify in writing that all copies have been destroyed.

**Exceptions**: The obligations set forth in this policy shall not apply to any information that (a) was known to the recipient prior to receiving the Quote Information from Bluestor Networks; (b) becomes publicly known through no fault of the recipient; (c) is independently developed by the recipient without reference to the Quote Information; or (d) is lawfully obtained from a third-party not bound by a similar duty of confidentiality.

**Duration**: The obligations set forth in this policy shall continue for a period of [e.g., two years] from the date of receipt of the Quote Information.

**Governing Law**: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
